Where do you travel to?

I service parts of Gwinnette and Hall county. Typically no more than a 20 mile radius. If you are unsure of how many miles away that you are, please feel free to message me to check.

Do you have insurance and appropriate checks and liscensure?

Yes. Licensed with the state of Georgia since 2013. I keep a copy with me at all times. 

 

What experience do you have?

Being in the field for 10+ years, I have worked with some of the most common issues such as motor vehicle injuries, tendonitis (elbow,golfers knee,jumpers knee), sciatica, plantar fasciitis, TMD/ headache and migraine, hip pain, frozen shoulder, prenatal. If your condition is not listed please call or message for further information.

 

How can I pay for the services?

Cash is always accepted. Or, you can pay with your debit or credit card through the square swipe, PayPal, CashApp, ZELLE or Erica through your banking app. All you need is my phone number and/or email. 

 

What is the minimum booking?

Minimum booking is a 60 minute session. I can do 30 minute sessions if there are at least two people in the home who would like to share the hour. 

 

What do you bring for the massage?

I will bring my massage table, sheets, lotion, music and whatever necessary tools and supplies to complement the session. 

 

What if the person cannot get onto a table?

I provide chair massages. If there is a weight concern the massage chair will hold up to 285lbs. 

 

Do you treat injuries?

Yes. I am fully qualified to assess, prepare and deliver a treatment plan for specific condition or injury. A clearance from your physician may be required in some cases. In the case that the clearance is not obtained or the injury is too fresh, I do have the right to refuse treatment

Should I tip you?

Tips are greatly appreciated. Another great compliment is a referral

Do you have a cancellation policy? 

Please cancel within 12 hour notice or more of your appointment. I will be happy to help you reschedule

 

Are my massages of my package sharable?

Yes. Please limit to in home members or guest only. 

 

What should I expect before, during and after my first in home massage therapy visit?

Before: upon request, phone consultation to see if treatment fits need. Will be directed to website to check out the about me, policies, and consent/liability form.

During: I’ll arrive 15 min prior, set up and perform professional skill for massage therapy need. 

After: Follow up call or email to see how you are feeling afterward. 

 

What do I need to do to prepare for the visit?

Please choose a comfortable place in the home with at least 3-4 feet of additional space to maneuver around massage table. Move any small objects or cords out of walk ways and secure any indoor or out door pets. Please notify me of any parking restrictions during time of consultation. 

Does my gift certificate or package expire?

Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift certificates upon electronic transmission of such gift certificate/s to the recipient or purchaser. Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Values do not expire.

Do you offer same day appointments?
