I have been a client of T’sheena of In Perfect Peace Massage for a few years. I found her by chance via a Groupon and so glad that I did. T’sheena took the time to answer all of my questions. She inquired about my history in a very detailed matter and experience with massage. I have osteoarthritis with bone spurs in my hips as well as appropriate massage techniques for each particular ailment, she also pays attention to what your body is telling whether stress, pain etc. She seamlessly makes the appropriate adjustments to ensure you have an enjoyable experience where you feel better afterwards. She has even provided me exercises/stretches for my ailments. I highly recommend T’sheena for her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, massage expertise and because I truly feel comfortable with her. I first met T’sheena at a women’s wellness event where she had a massage booth. Mind you, I had been referred to her multiple times over the past three or four years but never made the time to contact her. You know… our busy lives! During my mini massage at the event, the tension in my shoulders was so bad that T’sheena asked me to come back towards the end of the event for another round.
During my massage, she encouraged me to schedule a 2hr massage with her. My birthday was in three days so I was able to schedule an in home massage with T’sheena on my actual birthday! It was amazing! I got up in morning and did my meditation and prayer time being thankful to see another year! I took a nice long hot soak in the tub before T’sheena arrived.
She showed up at my home like an Angel with a heated massage table and an array of essential massage oils to cover all of my aching muscles needs!
The best things about this in-home massage were: Being in the comfort of my own home, in my own bath robe And not having to jump off of the massage table straight into traffic.
T’sheena gave me a thorough deep tissue massage from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet. She even stretched me out And gave me suggestions on stretching.
